Delete your PassPic data
PassPic has no sign-in. Your photos are checked on your phone and never uploaded, so uninstalling the app removes them. Files you saved to your Photos app are yours, and you delete them there.
Still have the app?
Open Settings and tap "Delete purchase data on the server". This deletes your credits, retake windows and anonymous account ID on our server. It also clears everything PassPic keeps on this phone (photos, photo sets, names and settings) and closes the app. Photos you saved to your Photos app stay. To delete only the photos, Settings also has "Delete photos on this phone".
Uninstalled the app?
Email support@passpic.app with your order number (it starts with GPA.) and forward the Google Play receipt for that order. We delete your credits, retake windows and anonymous account ID on our server, and your record at RevenueCat, the service that manages our in-app purchase records, and reply within 30 days.
The copy at RevenueCat
Deleting in Settings doesn't reach RevenueCat. To also remove the copy there, email support@passpic.app with your order number and the forwarded receipt, and we delete it there within 30 days. If you never bought anything, there is no purchase record to delete.
Never bought anything? If you opened the purchase screen, the app made an anonymous account ID (no name, email or photo). Delete it in Settings while PassPic is installed. After uninstalling, we can't tell which ID was yours.
What is kept, and why
- Unused credits are lost after deletion and can't be restored with your order number.
- We keep a record of each purchase (order number and product) without your account ID, so the same purchase can't give credits again and a refund can still be matched. We keep them until automatic deletion is switched on; this page will then give the exact times.
- Request logs for up to 30 days. A note that an account was deleted (a hash and a time), and abuse counters. We keep them until automatic deletion is switched on; this page will then give the exact times.
- Google Play keeps its own records of your purchase. Usage statistics and crash reports are never linked to your account ID, and they expire on their own.
